Admissions

  1. As the objective of the Academy is Quality Education, merit is the only criterion for admission.
  2. Application forms can be obtained from the office.
  3. A student of transfer may be admitted subject to the availability of seats and fulfillment of certain conditions.
  4. When admitted in any part of session the student must pay the fees for the whole session.

Rules and Regulations

  • Language spoken in the Academy premises should be English.
  • It is compulsory for a student to wear the uniform prescribed by the Academy.
  • Any misconduct on the part of student will be dealt strictly and may even draw expulsion from the Academy.
  • Any damage done to the Academy property will be treated as a punishable offence.
  • Mobile phones are not allowed inside the campus.
  • During class hours students are strictly forbidden to leave the campus
  • Absence in the college has to be accompanied by an application endorsed by the guardian. Absence for more than three days will require approval from Academy head.
  • The academy head reserves the jurisdiction to deal with any matter and take necessary action.

Uniform

It is compulsory for every student to come to the Academy in full Uniform, as prescribed by the Academy.(For Girls & Boys).

Attendance

Attendance at class lectures is compulsory. Absence without valid grounds will be seriously viewed. The Academy Authority may strike off names of indifferent students for long unauthorized absence.

Attendance less than 60% may lead to NC PER SUBJECT (Non-Collegiate)

Attendance less than 10% may lead to DC (Dis-Collegiate)

Scholarship

Scholarship will be provided to meritorious students (75% and above) from HSLC SEBA & (85% and above) from CBSE; 1 student each from HS (Commerce & Arts) throughout the year who are below Poverty Line and hence whose parents cannot afford education fees.

Claims for inability to pay will be verified by the concerned authorities for relaxing admission and tuition fees.

Rules for Parents & Guardians

  1. Parents and guardians are requested to co-operate with the Academy Authority regarding rules, attendance, and personality building of their wards.
  2. Parents are requested to meet the Administrative Officer as and when required.
  3. A record of address of parents or guardians is maintained in the office. Any change of address should be communicated without delay to the academy office.
  4. Parents are requested to attend the Parent-Teacher meeting regularly.
